We’re meeting at the brand new Lone Star Texas Grill in Whitby at the AMC Centrum.
This week is scheduled as Book Club, but we’re postponing it until next week. Anyone who hasn’t had a chance to read the book, you’ve got plenty of time now! We’re reading Riding the Bus with My Sister by Rachel Simon and we’ll be discussing it (among many, many other things) next week.
This week, we’ll be eating Tex Mex and chatting and laughing and enjoying our night of freedom.

Durham Mom’s Night Out is hosting Jesse Martell from Pulse CPR this coming Wednesday for an informative evening on subjects we hope we’ll never have to draw from: CPR/childhood emergency prevention.
The cost is just $12/person, which is VERY reasonable for a course such as this.
Any money remaining after the room rental and speaker fees are paid will be donated to The Bethesda House: a women’s shelter, and advocacy/support organization for women and children suffering domestic violence www.bethesdahouse.ca
