…reading The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kim Edwards yet?  Book Club meets on Wednesday September 5 (that’s next week, people!) to discuss this book, among many, many other things.

If you haven’t started, there is still plenty of time.  So run to the library or the book store to pick it up and read over the weekend.

An evite will be sent out soon to those on the mailing list detailing where we will be meeting.  If you are not on the mailing list but would like to be, please email us at durhammoms@gmail.com.

See you next week!

Tomorrow night we’re converging on East Side Mario’s in north Oshawa.

Did you know that ESM makes funnel cakes? Those deep fried, sweet-salty, crisp, warm, melty, yummy concoctions?

I think they make other stuff, too.

Look forward to seeing you all there, and to welcome some new members!

We need help coming up with locations to hold our twice-monthly tea & chat nights.  We want something fairly central (our most western member is in Ajax, eastern is in Bowmanville and northern is Uxbridge), somewhere that has good tea and coffee, and desserts are always encouraged.  Oh, and it has to be comfortable enough to sit and chat for a couple of hours.

So, please, please, PLEASE leave a comment with a suggestion or email us at durhammoms@gmail.com.
